大美督嘉年華 燒烤場 位於大埔汀角路汀角地段17-29 (汀角村對面)。燒烤場 地方寬闊，佔地40萬呎，位處於自然環境保護區，得天獨厚的自然環境帶給客人 自助燒烤 BBQ 的新風情及歡樂時光。場內設有機 農莊，在享受美食的同時親近大自然。首創打破 自助燒烤 格局，場內分設三個燒烤場區「傳統港式燒烤區」、「重慶式燒烤區」及「特式韓國燒烤區」。「特式韓國燒烤區」是全港首創直接從韓國引入野外韓式燒烤爐，以炭火燒烤，大夥兒一起烤肉 自助燒烤 ，氣氛一流！我們備有優質食材，多款特式燒烤食物，各類飲品可供選擇。為了使你吃得健康，我們在醃制食物方面，均由香港名廚主理，不含人造色素、不添加味精及不含防腐劑，確保健康美味。食材多以醃漬的肉類與海鮮為主，與銅板周圍淺底凹陷累積醬料與蔬菜流露的湯汁和在一起烤食。而肉類又以牛肉為主，此外，牛裏脊、牛排、牛舌、牛腰、還有海鮮、生魚片、鰻魚等都是韓國 BBQ 的美味，其中尤以烤牛裏脊和烤牛排最有名，其肉質均十分鮮美爽嫩。
